I think I may have just taken the first step in something. Something that could take my life in a totally new direction. But it could be nothing.

ok, so it's almost two years later now and it took me a minute to remember what it was that the new direction might have been...as i didn't end up taking this direction, i suppose it doesn't really matter, but as best i can recall i was, again, contemplating trying to join the Army. didn't do it, obviously. but i figured i'd put this little reminder here just in case i ever do forget completely...
