Finally went for a run last night. Yep, remember that run that I was going to go on like three months ago? Went last night. Think I did about three miles or maybe a little more. However long it was it was longer than I had planned on. But it was good. And I could feel the burn in my legs which is a good thing. And then I slept. And I may have a hard time concentrating on work at all today. But as it is already a couple after 7 already and I'm supposed to be starting at 7 today...you'll just have to wait till later to find out why.... music: Silversun Pickups
